Your Qliks account connects to either your Outlook or Gmail account in a few simple steps, or easily integrates with any email address you want to use. It sends emails like any other email client would — just in a much faster and more personalized way. The platform allows you to manage contacts, create personalized variations, and send bulk emails efficiently.
Contact Variations are personalized information for specific contacts that Qliks automatically fills out as you select different contacts. These variations can be customized through multiple levels to fit your exact needs, allowing for highly personalized email content.
The Content Box (on the left) is where you write your email and add contact variations. The Send Preview Box (on the right) shows what will actually be sent to your contact, including all automatic variations. You can even personalize the Preview Box further without affecting the Content Box template.
Variation Levels are part of our multi-level variation system that powers email personalization. For example, ‘Variation Level 1’ could be ‘Genre’ and ‘Variation Level 2’ could be ‘Artists’. This allows you to organize contact information hierarchically for better personalization.
Yes! You can import contacts in two ways: individually through the ‘new contact’ button, or bulk upload via CSV or Excel files. The platform automatically maps your columns during import, making the transition seamless.
Yes, it’s easy to get set up via Google or Outlook. We also support company or personal email accounts hosted on domains like one.com, GoDaddy, or similar services. The setup process is straightforward regardless of your email provider.
The Flow Structure is where you define your contact information and set up multi-level variations. You can customize it to match your specific needs, with as many variation levels as required. Each level can be organized hierarchically under previous levels.
